it's me!
Hey, I'm Lydia.
It's not often I'm in front of the camera, but rest assured I feel just as out of place there as many people - I just know how to help make you look your best when I'm behind the camera.
I've been photographing people since 2006, so have all of my expert tips gathered over time to share with you, and I am very pleased to admit that my style has 1000% changed and improved over the years too, but what I love photographing hasn't, that you guys! The people, newborns, kids, families, maternity, births and weddings, anything that holds the space for connection, stories and the most life changing moments of your lives.
When I'm not working I'm often found running around after my 2 daughters, husband, and a crazy dog. I love to travel in and out of the country when we can, camping and exploring over the summer months, dabbling in embroidery and many other crafty things when I can squeeze in the time, keen but not always successful gardener (send me tips!), or just relaxing with a book in one hand and a cup of tea (or gin) in the other.
