Birth Photography on the West Coast
There is nothing quite like the day you meet your baby.
Birth photography is about documenting your story as it actually unfolds, the waiting, the strength, the support, the emotion, the tiny details and eventually, that incredible moment when your baby is finally here.
I photograph births quietly and unobtrusively, allowing you and your support people to stay completely in the moment while I capture everything happening around you. There’s no posing, no direction and absolutely no expectation for anything to look a certain way, this is your birth, exactly as it happens.
So much can become a blur in those hours, especially for the person doing the actual birthing! These photographs give you the chance to see parts of your story you may have missed and remember all those little moments happening around you.
Whether you're planning to birth at home or in hospital, we can chat beforehand about your plans, what you're comfortable having photographed and what matters most to you.
Birth photography packages start from $1,978.

You are always in control of what you’re comfortable having photographed.
We’ll talk through your preferences before the birth, including anything you definitely do or don’t want captured, and you can include different scenarios in your birth plan too.
